Call backs and email/website enquiry follow ups.

Due to key staff illness and annual holiday leave please note that we may not be able to provide instant or quick call backs if you telephone and are told that a call back will be made. We are endeavouring to get back to you as soon as we are able.

A Kind of freedom dawns….

Following on from the lifting of Covid restrictions on the 19^{th of} July 2021 the mandatory wearing of masks and social distance rules are now relaxed, and no longer a legal requirement from that date.

When you visit, we want you to feel welcome and safe. We will continue to provide hand sanitiser for use throughout the store, please use if you can, particularly if trying clothing on. We will provide disposable Balaclavas when trying head gear on.

Should you wish to continue to wear a mask for your own and others protection we will be happy to support you, please mention to our staff who can provide you with one free of charge- and ask them to don one when you are in proximity.

Our refreshment area is now also open to our visitors, please feel free to help yourself, or ask a member of staff to make you a drink.

We will continue to ask you not to enter if you have Covid symptoms or have been diagnosed with Covid and should be isolating.

Following on from the Prime Ministers direction, from the 5th November 2020 until the 2^nd December 2020 inclusive our retail showroom, parts clothing and accessories area is closed.

However our workshop, mail order and click and collect services will be running as normal, with workshop by appointment only.

These services will be under strict Covid-19 secure rules, please see below for details.

This is to ensure the safety of our team, and you our most valued customers, and we thank you for your understanding.

Please do not try to enter the shop unless you have an appointment for MOT or workshop work booked in today, are here to collect an item ordered for click and collect, to collect goods by appointment, or are delivering goods (including Motorcycles).

On arrival please knock or ring us on 01525 712197 and await a member of staff to greet you.

All service department bikes will be taken from you (with the keys) outside and brought in for the work to be completed. Please note you can choose to wait outside or leave and return when we ring you that the work is completed. Payment must be made by card during this time.

For parts and other collections, please arrive within your collection window, and ring on your arrival. We will come out to you. Please note orders must be paid for in advance of arrival.

We have hand sanitiser units throughout the store, and we would ask you to use these as you enter the store, and again before you enter the clothing and accessory area, which is open to a max of two couples at a time, under staff supervision. If you wish to try clothing or helmets on please ask, as we must quarantine any items tried on that are not purchased- we have disposable balaclavas and gloves for your use..

PLEASE NOTE 

From the 24th of July it is now compulsory for visitors to all retail stores to wear face covering/masks on entering retail premises and whilst on the premises*. We would be grateful if you could arrive with these and put them on before entry. for those that don't have one you can take a  washable and reusable Yamaha tube to keep on entry if you make a Donation to the East Anglian air ambulance in the charity tin provided- a min of 0.75p would be appreciated, but the more the better!!

*This requirement does not apply to those with a medical or physical condition that would make the wearing of this face wear difficult,Please do not be offended if we ask, and make us aware if that is the case, This exemption also applies to Children under 11 years of age.

Due to regulations our drinks and seating area inside is closed to the public, however we do have fresh bottles of water for your use. We do have socially distance chairs outside the shop. 

All areas of our shop is Covid-19 safe, with regular cleaning regimes in place

To all our customers, old and new

Following on from the Prime Ministers direction on the 23^rd March 2020 our retail bricks and mortar shop has closed until we can safely reopen. This is to ensure the safety of our team, and you our most valued customers.

We have from this afternoon (Wednesday 25th March) made a decision that we are also temporarily suspending the option to purchase online from us, as we feel that the risk to our staff and the hard-working delivery workers is too great.

Be assured, if you have any outstanding mail-orders, we have today (25th March 2020) packed and dispatched all remaining orders, and you should receive them shortly, but be aware that inevitably there is likely to be a delay in delivery whilst couriers and the post office deal with the increase in delivery for essential goods, so please bear with us in this difficult time. As soon as we are directed to safely do so we will be back in action to offer our very best in service. Meantime you can still browse and add items to a wish list for purchase when we reopen.

Regarding Service repair and MOT testing, we have been contacting all clients that have Mots or work booked into our workshop, by telephone or email where possible.

Government guidelines are that Garages can remain open, but as our retail area is not completely separated from the Workshop the logistics of keeping that section open are difficult. 

Today the Government have announced that any Motorcycle, car or Van which are due their Mot from 30th March will have their Mot extended automatically for Six months, and this will continue until confirmed otherwise. So as long as your vehicle is kept in a roadworthy condition (and it is your responsibility to ensure it is) you will be able to continue to ride or drive.

With that in mind we have therefore made the difficult decision that future workshop and Mot bookings are now suspended from 13.00 hrs on Friday the 27th March , and any remaining booked in work from that date and time will be rescheduled on our return. .

Until then, please assist us by not entering the shop unless you have MOT or workshop work that is confirmed as booked in, as our retail section is closed to the public.

During all this the safety of our team and you, our valued clientele is paramount to us, so we thank you for your understanding in this most difficult of times.
