About R9 Akrapovic System

Make your bike sound and look even more aggressive with this high-quality new GYTR full exhaust system, specially engineered by Akrapovič for the R9.

A high-grade titanium muffler outer sleeve and end cap is combined with a stainless-steel link pipe and headers. It is a complete exhaust system for the Yamaha R9 that follows the look of the Akrapovič exhaust systems for the Yamaha R6, R7, and R1, with a design similar to the Akrapovič exhausts used in the World Supersport Championship.

The muffler exits on right side of the bike for a racing look, and it is supplied with an aluminium muffler bracket. Please notice that two different noise inserts are offered with the product.

Includes track day link pipe/collector:

This stainless-steel link pipe with a resonator is designed for track day use. It has been developed for closed-course competition circuits only and for use in combination with the Racing Line (Titanium) system (S-Y9R21-EET). It lowers the noise level B (static noise level at 5,500 rpm, collated from Akrapovič measurements). It delivers a sporty sound.

*Please note, the bike will need a remap with this fitted.
